Foods Toasting Today there are many varieties of packaged convenience food available both frozen and non frozen shelf pastry that can be toasted in your toaster Since toaster foods and individual tastes vary it is difficult to recommend exact Toast Color Control Setting however after a little experimentation you will discover the best setting for your needs You may also wish to refer to the heating instructions on food packaging Frozen Foods Move the Toast Color Control to a darker color setting Due to variations in size and density frozen items will require different settings Moving the control clockwise will provide a longer toasting cycle Thawing frozen foods before toasting will help ensure that the inside of the food is adequately cooked and will prevent the outside from burning Again experimentation is the best way to accommodate individual tastes and food choices to ei ad Fee Removing Lodged Toast If a piece of toast becomes lodged in the Toaster unplug the Toaster and allow to cool Hold the Toasting Lever down Turn the Toaster upside down and shake the toast loose IMPORTANT Never use a fork or sharp edged utensil to remove toast because that may damage the heating element or cause injury Cleaning Instructions CAUTION Do not immerse in water or other liquid 1 Unplug toaster and allow to cool 2 Wipe outside with soft damp cloth Polish with soft dry cloth 3 Open Crumb Tray in bottom of
