READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS WARNING A risk of fire and electrical shock exists in all electrical appliances and may cause personal injury or death Please follow all safety instruction Toastmaster Waffle Baker Use and Care Guide Models 245 and 244S IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS When using electrical appliances basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire electric shock and injury to persons including the following e Read all instructions before using appliance e To reduce the risk of electrical shock do not immerse the waffle baker in water or other liquids See instructions for cleaning e This appliance not for use by children e Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used near children e Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning the appliance e Do not touch hot surfaces Use handles with care Do not operate any damaged appliance Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner Return appliance to the nearest autho rized service center for examination repair electrical or mechan ical adjustment e When using this appliance provide 4 to 6 inches air space above behind and on both sides for air circulation Do not use on surfaces where heat may cause a problem To reduce the risk of injury use accessory attach
