Technics 3 way speaker system SB CD301 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Before operating this unit please read these instructions completely We want to thank you for selecting this product and to welcome you to the growing family of satisfied Technics product owners around the world We feel certain you will get maximum enjoyment from this new addition to your home Please read these operating instructions carefully and be sure to keep them handy for convenient reference Placement for Better Aural Effect E Use thick curtains or similar material This will prevent sound reflection and vibration resonance if the speakers face a solid wall or glass doors across the room Keep magnetic tapes clocks etc away If such items are placed on or near a speaker system they might become magnetized W The rear panel should face a wide solid wall For rich bass and a superior aural effect prevent any resonance and damage that might occur between the speaker system and the location in which it is placed If the speaker system is placed on a desk or floor surface install the cushions on the bottom l Connections to the amplifier Notes e Before making the connections be sure to switch OFF the power to the amplifier e Use with an amplifier with speaker terminals of 8 Q or lower impedance Be sure to connect the black speaker connection cord to the negative terminal and the red speaker connection cord to the positi
