SUPERIOR WOOD BURNING APPLIANCE KITS AND ACCESSORIES 750 058M 11 2000 EDGE TRIM KITS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR EDGE TRIM KITS FOR USE WITH SUPERIOR S WOOD BURNING APPLIANCES SHIPPING AND PACKING LIST Edge Trim Kit must include 1 RH Side Trim 1 LH Side Trim Top Frame Trim Lower Mounting Frame Trim 2 Upper Mounting Frame Trim Note Upper and lower mounting frame trim included with Models 42 only The Edge Trim Kits covered in this document are Catalog Model 91L57 ETK36 B 91L58 ETK36 P 91L61 ETK42 B 91L62 ETK42 P FIREPLACE EDGE TRIM KIT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 Remove fireplace grille assemblies by lifting up and out of holes on frame Then pull from bottom out towards you Figures 1 and 2 Note Lift grille near outer support rods to fully clear holes Step 2 There is a right hand and a left hand trim Install side trims carefully Place trim on side frame and press firmly to fit around frame Figure 1 Step 3 Install the top frame trim with two screws as shown in Figure 2 Note The ends should overlap the side trim pieces a little Step 4 42 Models only Install one of the two upper mounting frame trim pieces by aligning the three holes of the trim to the three holes of the fireplace Fasten with three screws Step 5 42 Models only Install the lower mounting frame trim Align the two holes of the trim to the two holes of the fireplace Step 6 42 Models o2. nly Align the two end holes of the second upper mounting frame with the holes on the lower fireplace frame and secure with two screws Step 7 Adjust all trim pieces and ensure that all screws have been tightened Reinstall louvers Step 8 Remove protective covering from trim pieces and wipe with a damp cloth Step 9 Reinstall louvers NOTE DIAGRAMS amp ILLUSTRATIONS NOT TO SCALE Top Trim Press The Sides To Tighten If The Fit Is Loose Figure 3 NOTE DIAGRAMS amp ILLUSTRATIONS NOT TO SCALE FireCraft Technologies reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice in design materials specifications prices and also to discontinue colors styles and products Consult your local distributor for fireplace code information TM TE CO H N O L O G I E S Printed in U S A 2000 by FCT 4325 Artesia Avenue Fullerton CA 92833 2522 P N 750 058M REV B 11 2000 714 521 7302
