USB connecting H Notes e If you connect more than two USB devices to your computer normal operation will not be guaranteed Use of this IC recorder with a USB hub or a USB extension cable other than the supplied cable is not guaranteed A malfunction may occur depending on the USB devices connected at the same time Before connecting the IC recorder to the computer make sure that the batteries are inserted in the IC recorder It is recommended that you disconnect the cable from the computer when you are not using the IC recorder with your computer Structure of folders and files If you connect the IC recorder to your computer you can see the structure of folders and files on the computer screen Folder for messages recorded using the IC recorder H Notes e You can record messages in up to 5 folders AQ BG G DW or B using the IC recorder The IC recorder does not recognize the folders transferred from your computer You cannot copy 511 or more folders except VOICE folders or files to the root directory that is located immediately below IC_RECORDER on the computer This is due to FAT file system limitations e You cannot always transfer all files or folders depending on either the number of characters you use in file or folder names or the operating system Disconnecting the IC recorder from your computer Follow the procedures below otherwise data may be damage
