1. Power Connect the power cord on the subwoofer to a wall outlet after you have make all connections The demonstration appears in the display When you press I the system turns on and the demonstration automatically ends If the supplied adaptor on the plug does not fit your wall outlet detach it from the plug only for models equipped with an adaptor Using the iPod Insert the iPod Dock Adapter into the iPod 1 or 2 connector before use For details on the supplied iPod Dock Adapters refer to the operating instructions supplied with the iPod Dock Adapter To remove the iPod Dock Adapter pull it up with your fingernail or a flat object using the slot inside the adapter Slot SG Using the remote Slide and remove the battery compartment lid and insert the two supplied R6 size AA batteries side first matching the polarities shown below Notes If you do not use the remote for a long period of time remove the batteries to avoid possible damage from battery leakage and corrosion With normal use the batteries should last for about six months When the remote no longer operates the system replace both batteries with new ones Batteries installed devices shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine fire or the like Attaching the speaker pads Attach the supplied speaker pads at each corner on the bottom of the front speakers to stabilize the

You cannot start transferring to an USB device The following problems may have occurred The USB device is full The number of audio file and folder that system can recognize has reached the upper limit The USB device is write protected Transferring is stopped before it is finished e You are using an unsupported USB device See Compatible devices with this system page 52 for the supported device types The USB device is not formatted correctly Refer to the USB device operating instructions for how to format Turn off the system and remove the USB device Then turn on the system If the USB device has a power switch turn the USB device off and then on again after removing it from the system Then perform transferring again If the transferring and erase operations are repeated multiple times the file structure within the USB device becomes complex Refer to operating instructions of the USB device on how to remedy this problem Transferring to an USB device results in an error e You are using an unsupported USB device See Compatible devices with this system page 52 for the supported device types The USB device was disconnected or the power was turned off during transferring Delete the partially transferred file and transfer again If this does not fix the problem the USB device may be broken Refer to operating instructions of the USB device on how to remedy this proble
