12. ttach diagonal supports to vertical supports with black coated Use 10mm socket wrench and box end wrench to fully tighten Attach caster brackets to front of cart frame using small Flip frame over Check that frame is properly assembled screws star washers and black coated nuts Hand tighten all screws star washers and nuts screws star washers and small nuts Ensure open end of Temporarily place tank on frame Important Ensure cart is 8 caster brackets face down Use 10 mm socket wrench and 9 assembled correctly before proceeding box end wrench to fully tighten Assembly cont Notice Cap nuts cannot be removed without causing damage to cap nuts and axle Insert axle through wheel Then insert axle into axle support Place outer tank onto cart frame Align drain cap with notch in Place float ball onto seal Snap small float cage onto bottom of axle support Tighten tank release knob inner tank Turn cart sideways onto hard surface Place remaining wheel Lay cart back Insert casters into caster brackets Ensure Place inner tank into outer tank Ensure tab aligns with notch Ensure HEPA filter HEPA foam sleeve are fully seated on onto axle While holding cap nut with needle nose pliers tap casters are fully inserted in outer tank Slide small foam filter onto standpipe Ensure powerhead Turn powerhead right side up cap nut onto axle with hammer top of small foam filter and top of standpipe are flush Complete view of assemble
