2. 10 11 Turn on your cable box and tune it to channel 02 Press MENU PROG on the remote to display the VOR MAIN MENU Press 4 to display the CHANNELS menu Press 5 to display the CABLE DSS BOX SETUP menu The cable box or receiver is not used for all channels Press 2 on the remote You are finished with CABLE DSS BOX SETUP The cable box or receiver is used for all channels Press 1 on the remote Press two numbers on the remote to enter the output channel of your cable box or receiver Press 0 before a single digit number Valid numbers are 01 125 If you connected your cable box or receiver to the VCR using the audio video jacks press INPUT on the VCR to select the VIDEO 1 or VIDEO 2 option Press MENU PROG to enter the output channel of your cable box THE VCR WILL NOW RECEIVE ALL CHANNELS FROM THE CABLE BOX message will appear on the TV screen showing the output channel The VCR automatically enters the output channel of your cable box or receiver as the channel to be recorded in the VCR PLUS and TIMER RECORDINGS menus Press MENU PROG to display the THE CODE FOR YOUR CABLE BOX or DSS RECEIVER message on the TV screen Manual Controlled Cable box or Satellite Receiver Press MENU PROG You are finished with CABLE BOX SETUP Remote Controlled Cable box Enter your cable box type 01 60 from the chart on page 18 or enter 00 for the DSS Receiver Press MENU PROG twice to enter your cable b
