ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Coleman Pewermate Compressors In the Company warrants that for a period af twelve 12 months from the date of purchase it will replace or repair Iree af charge far the original retail purchaser only any part or parts manufactured by the Company found chs examination by the Company or its assigned representatives ta Be defective a material or workmanship or both Al pa charges for parts submitted for replacement or repair under this warranty must be borne by the original retail under this warranty Failure by the original retail purchaser ta install maintain and operate said equipment in accordance with good industr practices or failure ta comply with the specifie recommendations of the Company set forth in the owner s manual shal render this warranty gull and void The Company shall ant be liable for mal replacements or adjustments to the nia as any casts far labor perfarmed by the purchaser witheut the Company s prior writen approval The effects at corrosian erosion and normal wear and tear are specifically excluded from this warranty THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED LIABILITY FOR CONSE QUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OTHER CONTRACTS NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTS IS

SP or use Type 27 straight wheel 4 x1 4 with 3 8 24 UNF Arbor Assembly To attach or remove a grinding wheel always turn off the air supply and dis connect the air supply hose 1 Secure the handle included with your tool to the left side of the tool body behind the metal wheel guard 2 Use the collet wrenches included with your tool for loosening or securing the collet nut 3 Place the open ended collet wrench on the inside flats of the grinder shaft located behind the grinding wheel to hold it from turning 4 Place the two pronged wrench into the holes on the collet nut located in front of the grinder wheel and turn counterclockwise to loosen 5 by the collet nut off the arbor and remove the worn or damaged grinder wheel 6 Insert a new grinding wheel Screw the collet nut unto the arbor and turn clockwise to tighten using the same collet wrenches previously used 7 After mounting a wheel hold the grinder under a workbench and run it for at least 60 seconds to be sure the grinding wheel is secure Make certain no one including the operator is in the operating plane of the grinding wheel Safety warning BO NOT use a grinding wheel that is chipped cracked er Wamaged in any other way NEVER use a grinding wheel with a rated speed lower than the actual free speed of the angie grinder OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Wear As a standard practice drain water from air compressor tank and blow con densation from air lines prior t

7. o use each day 1 Start up your air compressor Operating pressure 90 PSI maximum 2 Use both hands to operate tool Place left hand on handle right hand gripping the tool at the throttle trigger 3 Squeese throttle trigger gently When starting with a cold wheel apply it to the work slowly until the wheel gradually warms up Make smooth contact with the work and avoid any bumping action or excessive pressure Your 4 angle grinder is designed to do general prep work de burring weld grinding and removing any sharp edges Operate angle grinder at the rate for which it is designed for better and safer operation t i i MAINTENANCE Lubrication 1 Disconnect the grinder from the air supply 2 Add 4 6 drops of Coleman air tool oil 018 0059SP SAE10 nondetergent oil or equivalent into the air inlet while depressing the trigger 3 Connect the grinder to the air supply and run for approximately 30 seconds to remove excess oil This lubrication procedure wilt help reduce moisture dust and dirt that gradually increases inside any air tool during use and reduces perfor mance levels An in line oiler is recommended for best protection Safety warning Discharged off can cause serious injury After oll ing cover the exhaust port with a towel and operate the angle grinder for a few secends to safely remeve the excess o Keep the towel away from meving parts Quarterly or if angle grinder is sluggish disconne
