Cancel In the Name box specify a name for the Entry Queue using up to 20 characters In the Numeric ID box enter a unique per MCU number default length is four digits or leave this field empty to let the NCU assign one when the Entry Queue definition is completed In the Entry Queue Service box select the Entry Queue Service that will be used to play voice messages that will guide participants through their connection process Leave this field blank to use the default Entry Queue Service if one is defined Select the Audio Only check box To allow VTX 1000 users to connect to the Entry Queue select the VTX 1000 check box Select the IP Only check box to define an IP Only conference This enables the Audio Algorithm selection for the target conference Chapter 6 Defining a New Audio Conference 9 Ifyou selected the ZP Only option you can select the Entry Queue to be Encrypted and you can select the audio algorithm to use by VoIP participants to connect to the target conference For Ad Hoc Entry Queue definition see the MGC User s Guide Volume II Chapter 3 10 Add a dial in number to the Entry Queue by clicking the plus button LS Dial in numbers are relevant to ISDN and T1 CAS participants only 11 Up to 16 dial in phone numbers may be assigned to the Entry Queue Ifno dial in number is assigned to the Entry Queue the system assigns a dial in number from the dial in numbers ranges defined

An Conferences e pd This dialog box appears in the properties of all cards and it contains common fields 8 12 Chapter 8 MGC 25 Management Tools The system indicates the physical slot in which the card is inserted the card s type hardware version and serial number as identified by the MCU s software When the MCU is updated with a new software version the current card configuration definitions are automatically copied and the new configuration files are loaded to the card during the software download process The Status box displays all the error messages related to the card When there is a problem with the card a detailed description of the problem appears in this box The Conferences box displays the name of the conferences which are currently run by this card Viewing the IP Card Properties The IP card properties enable you to view additional information about the IP network the Network Service assigned to this card the card details such as the card type hardware version the MCU slot number the card status and the conferences that are handled by the card The IP card units interface between the IP network and the MCU The MGC 25 card setup is a representative description of the card functionality that is similar to the MGC 50 100 IP card For a detailed description of the IP card properties see the MGC Administrator s Guide Chapter 4 Viewing the IP IP Card Properties 8 13 MG
