3. both arrows turn power back on Display will show current scale C or F If desired push the up or down arrow to change the scale 6 CAUTION ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD Disconnect appliance from electric power before cleaning CAUTION HOT SURFACE Exposed surfaces can be hot to the touch and may cause burns Allow appli ance to cool before cleaning IMPORTANT NOT spill or pour water into controls control panel or wiring Water damage is not covered by warranty Sy CAUTION Beware of sharp edges on sheet metal during cleaning espe cially during removal of grease filters Removal of air filter CLEANING PROCEDURES After all food products have been removed from the cabinet turn the power switch to OFF and allow the cabinet to cool Unplug the unit prior to any cleaning Grease crumb pan is located beneath the unit inside the cabinet Access by opening cabinet door Remove and clean the grease crumb pan from the bottom of the unit by sliding it out towards the operators side of the unit Clean the pan as well as pan housing The air filter can be easily removed without tools for cleaning by lifting up and pulling towards the front of the unit Clean by hand washing or run through an automatic washer Reinstall when filter is dry and clean Remove the product dividers and food bay bottom Clean the inside of the unit as well as the removed parts Reinstall when all parts are dry an
4. stallation or service professional 2 Unit must be clean and grease free prior to use 3 Verify that the grease pan heat duct and air filters are installed 4 Open door locate switch to the right of the controller and turn power on The motors should begin to turn and create airflow Unit will automatically begin to preheat allow 20 minutes for unit to climb to operating temperature of 160 degrees F Load product into Crisp n Hold Product Divider On Off Switch Food Bay CONTROLLER PROGRAMMING The controller has been factory pre set at 175 F 79 C and has a low tem perature alarm pre set for 140 F 60 C To View or Change the Temperature Setpoints Turn the power on To view the temperature setpoint press and hold the tem perature set button To change the temperature setpoint press and hold the temperature set button press the up or down arrow button until the desired air temperature is displayed The display will advance in 1 increments To View or Change Alarm Setpoints Turn the power on To view the alarm setpoint press and hold the alarm re set button press the up or down arrow button until the desired alarm tem perature is displayed The display will advance in 1 increments To View or Change the Temperature Scale The cabinet is programmable for a temperature scale in degrees Fahrenheit and Centigrade Celsius Turn power off Hold down both arrow buttons and while holding
