5. naie fuse and line cord are required CAUTION Be sure to use proper AC cord and fuse CAUTION Remove line cord betore changing line voltage setting CAUTION Operating the power supply at improper voltage selector setting may damage equipment or cause erratic performance 11 Fuse Compartment To check or replace line tuse 1 Turn power switch 1 to Off position 2 Remove line cord from power inlet 9 3 Insert small screwdriver in the fuse compart ment pry point 12 and remove fuse cover 4 Inspect and replace tuse 5 Replace fuse cover Replace line cord NOTE If fuse is blown verify that line voltage selector is set to the correct voltage NOTE If fuse continues ta blow lake power supoly and console to an authorized Peavey Service Center CAUTION Be sure to replace fuse with same type and rating as described on the back cf the power supply chassis for intended line vokage TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION Performance Series Power Supply is conventional linear DC power supply A special low flux density linear transformer is used to minimize hum radiation The transformer is a special low profile design which allows the Performance Series Power Supply to take up only two 2 rack spaces Multiple isolated supplies are used to insure minimum loading interactions The two regulated supplies use large fiter capacitors and high ripple rejection linear regulators Overrated 3 amp devices and a massiv
