DIAGRAM 4 10 STEP 5 See Diagram 5 A Attach the Butterfly Base 23 to the front of Middle Vertical Frame 4 Attach the Butterfly Pulley Bracket 424 to the back of the Frame Secure them with two M10 x 2 34 Carriage Bolts 77 O 3 2 Washers 87 and M10 Aircraft Nuts 88 B Slide the Left Butterfly 426 onto the pivot on the Butterfly Base Secure it with one Lock Ring 264 M6 x 3 8 Allen Bolt 484 and M6 Aircraft Nut 490 C Attach the Butterfly Arm Pad 34 to the Left Butterfly Secure it with two M8 x 2 1 2 Allen Bolts 74 and 5 8 Washers 489 D Repeat the Procedures B amp C above to install the Right Butterfly 427 E Insert two Weight Posts 221 into the holes on the Weight Post Supports 420 Secure each Post with one M10 x 3 2 Allen Bolt 73 and 34 Washer 87 Slide one Olympic Sleeve 63 onto each Post Secure each Sleeve with one M8 x 14 Allen Bolt 79 Attach a Spring Clip 499 to each Sleeve DIAGRAM 5 11 CABLE LOOP DIAGRAM STEP 6 See Diagram 6 amp Cable Loop Diagram A Insert the 242 Upper Cable 35 through the swivel pulley bracket pre installed in the top front of the Right Lat Bar Frame 17 B Install a Ball Stopper 86 onto the end of the Cable Attach a U shaped Connector 91 to the end of the Cable C Attach a Short Chain 40 in between the opening on the Connector and secure it with a M10 x 1 3 8 Allen Bolt
3. 72 two 34 Washers 87 and one M10 Aircraft Nut 88 D Draw the Cable over the Pulley and pull through the Cable sleeve on the Right Lat Bar Frame Draw the Cable along the Frame towards the back of the machine to the Pulley previously installed Draw the Cable around the Pulley then downward to an Angled Floating Pulley Bracket 28 E Attach two Pulleys 45 to the Bracket Secure them with one M10 x 2 34 Allen Bolt 68 two 34 Washers 87 and one M10 Aircraft Nut 88 F Draw the Cable around the back Pulley then upward to the open bracket underneath the Lat Bar Frame Bracket 15 Attach a Single Pulley Bracket 98 to the bracket Secure it with one M10 x 1 3 8 Allen Bolt 72 two 3 4 Washers 87 and one M10 Aircraft Nut 88 Attach a Pulley to the Bracket Secure it with one M10 x 1 34 Allen Bolt 71 two 34 Washers 87 and one M10 Aircraft Nut 88 G Draw the Cable around the Pulley then back down to the Angled Floating Pulley Bracket 28 again Let the Bracket hanging for now H Draw the Cable around the front Pulley then upward towards the Pulley on the Left Lat Bar Frame 16 I Draw the Cable over the Pulley then along the Left Lat Bar Frame towards the front of the machine Insert the Cable through the cable sleeve and over the pre installed Pulley on the front of the Left Lat Bar Frame J Repeat the Procedures B amp C above to install a Ball Stopper U shaped Connec

7. 47 to the rear of the Seat Support Frame 46 Align the holes and secure them with one M10 x 1 94 Allen Bolt 491 and 2 94 Washer 496 Repeat the same procedure to install the other side 6 Attach two Bushings to the pivot on the Sliding Block 48 Attach two Bushings to each Backrest Supports 7 Align the holes and secure them with one M10 x 6 37 Allen Bolt 32 two 34 Washers 496 and one M10 Aircraft Nut 38 Do not over tighten the nut and bolt The Supports need to swivel on the Bolt D Attach two Bushings to the pivot on the Main Frame 1 Loosen and pull the Lock Knob on the Sliding Block 48 The Sliding Block needs to be able to slide on the Chromed Incline Adjustment Bar 49 Align the two Seat Support Frames 46 to both ends of the pivot on Main Frame Secure them with one M10 x 8 1 2 Allen Bolt 33 two 2 34 Washers 36 and one M10 Aircraft Nut 438 E Use the Lock Knob on the Sliding Block 48 to adjust and secure the backrest incline position STEPS3 See Diagram 3 A Place the Backrest Board 412 onto the Backrest Supports 47 Secure it with four M8 x 2 Allen Bolts 494 and 2 5 8 Washers 497 B Place the Seat Pad 411 onto the Seat Support Frames 46 Secure it with four M8 x 2 Allen Bolts 34 and Q 5 8 Washers 37 DIAGRAM 3 STEP 4 See Diagram 4 A Attach the Leg Developer 5 to the open bracket on the Main Frame 1 Secure it with an Axle 41
