Catch with a 4 2 L shaped Pin 51 H Insert a Weight Post 24 into the hole on the Rear Diagonal Support 8 Secure it with one M10 x 34 Allen Bolt 62 and 34 Washer 66 Slide an Olympic Sleeve 30 onto the Weight Post Repeat for the other side Insert the Left amp Right Bar Catches 16 amp 17 Left amp Right Safety Catches 18 amp 19 into the selected holes on the Upright Beams 1 amp 2 STEP 3 See Diagram 3 A Attach the holes on the end of the Backrest Supports 21 to the long pivot on the Sliding Block 15 Attach the Backrest Board 26 to the Backrest Supports Secure it with four M8 x 1 5 8 Allen Bolts 65 and 5 8 Washers 67 Place the Backrest Board against the Backrest Adjustment Bar B Attach the Seat Bracket 20 to the short pivot on the Sliding Block Secure it with one M10 x 4 Allen Bolt 61 two 3 Washers 66 and one M10 Aircraft Nut 68 C Place the Seat Pad 27 onto the Seat Bracket Secure it with four M8 x 5 8 Allen Bolts 64 and 5 8 Washers 67 D Insert a 4 L shaped Pin 53 into the selected hole on the Seat Bracket to obtain the desired Seat inclined position DIAGRAM 3 STEP 4 See Diagram 4 A Insert the U shaped Pin 49 into the open slot on the Leg Developer Support 13 Secure it with one M6 x 1 Philips Screw 47 2 Washer 48 and Spring 50 B Attach the Leg Developer

9. ps A B and C above to install the Right side E Connect the Left amp Right Upright Beams with a Cross Brace 5 in the mid span Secure each end of Cross Brace with two M10 x 3 Carriage Bolts 56 one 4 x 2 Bracket 23 two 3 4 Washer 66 and two M10 Aircraft Nut 68 Place the Backrest Adjustment Bar 6 onto the selected slot between the Upright Beams gt YS ka is Ld RE STEP 2 See Diagram 2 A Do not tighten Nuts and Bolts until instructed to do so B Attach the Leg Developer Support 13 to the Front Stabilizer 14 Secure it with three M10 x 5 8 Allen Bolts 63 and 34 Washers 66 C Slide the Sliding Block 15 onto the Main Seat Support 4 Thread a M18 Lock Knob 42 into the selected hole to hold the Sliding Block in position D Attach the Main Seat Support 4 to the Leg Developer Support 13 Secure it with one M10 x 2 Carriage Bolt 58 from the top two M10 x 2 4 Carriage Bolts 57 from the side three 34 Washers 66 and three M10 Aircraft Nuts 68 E Attach the Main Seat Support 4 to the Cross Brace 5 Secure it with two M10 x 2 3 8 Carriage Bolts 59 one 4 34 x 2 Bracket 23 two 34 Washers 66 and two M10 Aircraft Nuts 68 F Securely tighten all Nuts and Bolts installed in Step 1 and Step 2 G Attach the two Squat Bar Catches 7 to the back of the two Upright Beams Secure each
