1. 1 2 Place strainer pan and scrap basket into position in the dishwasher tank Close the access door automatically closes drains Turn selector switch to FILL and press start Open door to reset and load utensils on rack as necessary slide rack into machine and close the door Change selector to desired wash cycle length 2 4 or 6 minutes Press START Open machine door Turn selector to OFF position After placing wash and rinse arms back in the machine verify they all spin freely prior to operating the unit Delime the machine on a regular basis This assures proper function of the machine Note Refer to Troubleshooting section of your UW50 Instruction Manual or call your local Hobart Sales Service office if you experience any difficulties F 40057 10 03 Turn selector to OFF position Open machine door Lift drain lever inside door opening Remove and clean strainer pan and strainer basket Spray down machine interior Visually inspect top and bottom wash and rinse arms if obstructed remove arms and spray free with water Remove overflow tube and wash thoroughly Inspect tank interior remove any soil from heater probes and floats Wipe down exterior with a wet wash rag DO NOT SPRAY THE EXTERIOR WITH A HOSE Reassemble the machine a Install scrap screen and basket b Install wash and rinse arms if removed Leave door open at end of day to all2. ow interior to air out Hobart Corporation 701 S Ridge Avenue Troy OH 45374 0001 Phone 937 332 3000 www hobartcorp com
