1. 8 9 Mounting Instructions HITACHI PDADJ PLASMA MOUNT For sizes 32 37 42 amp 50 Please read your plasma screen instruction manual prior to installation of this product carefully noting safety concerns regarding installation location Always have 2 people working on the installation Care must be taken that the wall to be used is of sufficient strength Only fix to solid timber studs or to brickwork Install wall plate Part 1 in required position using heavy duty screws or concrete anchors Pay particular attention to keep the plate level Install cabling according to your manufacturer s instructions Loosen angle adjusting nuts and pull pivots forward see fig 1 Remove the 6mm retaining screws see fig 2 and lift off parts 3 see fig 3 and fix to the back of the TV panel using bolts provided see fig 4 Employing 2 people lift the TV panel and hook onto the pivot brackets Refit the two 6mm retaining screws into pivot brackets parts 2 amp 3 10 Tilt panel to desired viewing angle from 0 20 and tighten locknuts see fig 1 11 Finalise all electrical connections Page 1 of 5 Parts List Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 6 Part 4 Part 5 Page 2 of 5 Loosen angle adjusting nuts shown in green on both sides and pull pivots forward Fig 2 Remove 6mm retaining screws indicated above in red which hold parts 2 amp 3 together Fig 3 Remove part 3 by l2. ifting as shown above and fix to the back of the TV panel using the bolts provided Page 3 of 5 Fig 4 Please Note The Hitachi PDADJ bracket is factory set for the 50 panel For 32 size see fig 5 and for 37 and 42 sizes see fig 6 Fig 5 Mounting points Using parts 5 mount into the holes marked Red Using parts 6 mount into the holes marked Green Fig 6 Mounting points _ _ t no E E G m E Doae ba a a ie Oe at Using parts 4 mount into the holes marked Red Using parts 6 mount into the holes marked Green Page 4 of 5 PDADJ Adjustable Wall Mount Measurements 620mm 430mm 670mm Page 5 of 5
