Hi a Y PENNY Gilokel Foodservice Model HDS 200 300 SECTION 4 TROUBLESHOOTING 4 1 TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE CAUSE 4 1 PROBLEM Product not holding temperature Refrigeration unit runs constantly Power switch on but no power to unit Not all lights on Lights will not turn on Cold well or hot well not plugged in Product held too long Cold well setting turned Compressor overheated Product not a proper temperature when placed into unit Defective fuse for refrigeration unit Frost build up Condensor coil dirty Open Circuit Faulty light bulbs Defective fuse CORRECTION Check plugs under table top on french fry end of HDS 300 Only hold product for recommended times Turn control setting to about 6 Clean condenser coil Be sure product is at proper temperature Replace 15 amp fuse Defrost unit Clean condenser coil Plug unitin Check circuit breaker Check 15 amp fuses Check cord and plug for loose connection Replace with new bulb per Light Bulb Replacement Section Replace 15 amp fuse 605
