4. position Flip the light switch off for one second then back on to toggle between AUTO and MANUAL MODE back on Mode Switching Summary Move ON TIME Switch to 1 5 or 10 minutes Flip light switch off for one second then back on MANUAL MODE If you get confused while switching modes turn the power off for one minute then back on After the calibration time the control will be in the AUTO mode 595 4238 07 INSTALLATION O Before proceeding with the installation TURN OFF THE POWER TO THE LIGHTING CIRCUIT AT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER OR FUSE BOX to avoid electrical shock There are two types of decorative fixtures that the Instant Light Control should be used with as shown here A shows a fixture with the wire going under the top cover B shows a fixture with a open bottom and the wire going through the bottom Drip Loop NOTE The Drip Loop is neccessary to prevent rain from running down the cord to the Sensor Module Open the top of the light fixture if it is necessary W Remove the light bulb Screw in the lamp module and replace the bulb 1 E 1 Plug the sensor cord into the switch module The sensor cord s plug is polarized for proper installation IMPORTANT When installing the sensor make sure the wire comes out the bottom of the bracket and the wire has a drip loop as shown below to help prevent water from entering the sensor head Drip Loop
