Havis Shields EQUIPMENT CORPORATION INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS WGI D22 INTERIOR WINDOW GUARDS 2005 2006 DODGE MAGNUM TOOLS REQUIRED Power drill T 25 tamperproof torx bit Drill bits 1 8 5 32 Phillips screwdriver HARDWARE QTY DESCRIPTION PART l Driver Side Window Guard WGI D22 1 l Passenger Side Window Guard WGI D22 6 2 Upper mounting bracket WGI MB 12 90 8 10 x 4 Sheet metal screw GSM33195 8 10 x 2 Sheet metal screw GSM33194 4 Ya x Y2 T 25 Tamperproof bolts GSM34190 4 Ya Flat Washers GSM31005 SUBASSEMBLY 1 2 3 Always gt Read all instructions before installing any Havis Shields Equipment Corp products gt Check for obstructions Wire brake lines fuel tank etc before drilling any holes gt Use hardware provided with install kit Bend window guard so it contours the door as shown in photo 1 Determine the proper window guard for each window If installing aluminum door panels refer to those instructions at this time They will need to be installed first WGI D22 INST 10 06 INSTALL WINDOW GUARDS e Loosely attach upper mounting bracket to window guard using 4 x 2 tamper proof screws and flat washers e Position screen to vehicle as shown in photo 2 e Make sure you have the window guard centered on the door e Mark drill 1 8 holes and attach lower mount using 10 x 4 screws as shown in photo 3 Note Be sure the upper mounting brackets go und2. er weather stripping and the notches go around the mounting plugs Make sure the mounting holes will have metal material to drill into e Press firmly against window guard and mark door where the upper mounting brackets are located e Drill 5 32 holes and mount to door using 10 x 3 4 sheet metal screws Mount upper bracket using 10 x 34 screws a 2 i gt was Mounting holes Drill 1 8 holes 4 Mount using 10 x 2 screws z F aF ail BY ba Press firmly against guard until bracket is under weather stripping Mark and drill 5 32 holes Consolidator Kwik Raze Collins Dynamics Kwik Kit PrisonerTransports K 9 Transports 75 Jacksonville Rd P O Box 2099 Warminster PA 18974 800 524 9900 215 957 0720 P 215 957 0729 F www Havis com WGI D22 INST 10 06
