Fold edges Step 4 Position mattress support with printed side up as shown Fold edges down at creases and place on bed so notches in edges fit over the crossbars Attaching the Bed Rails There are left and right bed rails When installed correctly the Graco name on each rail will be on the outside of the bed Step 1 With the Graco name facing away from the bed frame hold one bed rail at an angle to the bed frame as shown Insert the curved ends of the bed rail into the slots at side of headboard The curved ends will match the shape of the metal leg Step 2 Move bed rail toward bed frame until hole at bottom of Bolt bed rail lines up with the hole Hex in the center of the side rail wrench Put a T nut into the hole on the inside of the bed and use the hex wrench to screw in a bolt from the outside Step 3 Repeat on other side Both bed rails must be used REMINDER Keep the hex wrench in a location where you will be able to find it if you wish to disassemble the bed Finishing Assembly Place a standard full size crib mattress at least 271 4 inches 69 cm wide by 51 s inches 131 cm long by 4 inches 10 cm thick on the finished toddler bed frame Your toddler bed is now ready to use REMINDER Before each use inspect the toddler bed for damaged hardware loose joints missing parts or sharp edges Replacement Parts Instructions for ordering toddler

6. crew securely with the included hex wrench but do not over tighten Repeat for other three legs f CHECK that all four legs are Hex securely attached to the wrench head and footboards by pulling on the legs Assembling the Frame Step 1 Line up the side tubes and crossbars on the floor as shown at right It may be helpful to brace one side tube against a wall or stationary object Holes in side tubes must face each other Ss SS Step 2 Insert ends of the crossbars into holes in the side tubes 602 4 00 602796 5 Attaching the Headboard and Footboard Step 1 Begin by attaching the frame to the footboard Stand the footboard at one end of the metal frame It does not matter which side of footboard faces the frame Holding the footboard upright grasp the two side tubes as shown and lift carefully Rest the ends of the side tubes on the footboard Bolt Step 2 Insert two T nuts through the T nut two holes in the side tubes and into the leg holes as i shown Place the bolts into the holes on the outside of the footboard tubes and into the T nuts Hex wrench Step 3 With the Graco name on the headboard facing away from the bed frame attach the side tubes to the legs as in Step 2 above After the headboard and foot board have been attached to the frame FIRMLY TIGHTEN all eight bolts into their T nuts with the hex wrench The toddler bed will look like illustration
