N V Q T S SO DS T Q Listening to the Radio 1 Press the FUNCTION button to switch to the Tuner AM FM function e The last station received is tuned in and its band and frequency are displayed on the front panel display e You can also press the AM FM key as a shortcut to enter the Tuner function 2 To select a preset station press the PRESET buttons on the remote control to skip to the next or previous station 3 To change tuner bands press the AM FM button to toggle between AM and FM 4 To tune in non preset stations press the TUNING buttons on the remote control e To tune manually press the TUNING buttons repeatedly until the desired station is tuned in e To tune automatically press and hold the TUNING buttons until Tuned appears on the front panel display 5 To improve reception relocate the supplied antennas ST MONO Adjusting Stereo Mono If an FM station is noisy press the ST MONO button on the remote control so that Mono appears on the front panel display e This turns off stereo sound but may improve reception e To switch back to stereo press ST MONO again e Not all stations are broadcast in stereo For those stations without stereo pressing the ST MONO button has no effect BASS TREB Adjusting Bass Treble While in the Tuner function press BASS TREB to toggle between bass and treble e Adjust Bass level from 6dB to 6dB e Adjust Treble level from 6dB to 6dB 24
