1. 73520 Dodge Ram 6 27 01 2 57 PM Page 16 di ar Assembly Rectangular emr S Bushing with i gt N Round Opening X 354 Cap Nut Assembly Tool Grille e Turn the vehicle body upright e Face the front end of the vehicle e Fit the grille to the front end of the vehicle e Insert four 8 x screws through the grille and into the front end of the vehicle Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver Do not over tighten e Slide a rectangular bushing with round opening onto the front axle and into the rectangular indent in the front LA RJ wheel e Fit a 354 cap nut on the end of a front axle e Cover the cap nut with the assembly tool and tap it with a hammer until the cap nut is secure on the front axle e Remove the assembly tool Pull on the cap nut to be sure it is secure on the front axle e Repeat assembly steps 22 24 to assemble the other front wheel rectangular bushing with round opening and a 354 cap nut to the other front axle 6 Oz ts I o oo OS TE U CLH Bottom View arle e Turn the vehicle body over so that the bottom faces you e Insert two 8 x 3 4 screws through the grille and into the vehicle body Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver Do not over tighten 16 Hint You may need to turn the front wheels one at a time to be able to insert and tighten the screws d SE 73520 Dodge Ram 6 27 01
