AILURE Do not use damaged equipment If abnormal noise or vibration occurs have the problem corrected before further use Inspection Maintenance and Cleaning BEFORE EACH USE inspect the general condition of the tool Check for loose screws misalignment or binding of moving parts cracked or broken parts damaged electrical wiring and any other condition that may affect its safe operation BEFORE EACH USE check to make sure the Bits 17 are firmly secured in place sharp and free of cracks or bends AFTER USE clean external surfaces of the tool with a clean moist cloth and mild detergent Do not use solvents WHEN STORING keep the tool and its accessories in its Carrying Case Make sure to store the Carrying Case in a clean dry safe location out of reach of children and other unauthorized people AWARNING If the supply cord of this power tool is damaged it must be replaced only by a qualified service technician TROUBLESHOOTING Tool will not start 1 No power at outlet 1 Check power at outlet 2 Cord not connected 2 Check that cord is plugged in Tool produces 1 Bits not firmly secured 1 Make sure Bits are firmly secured in the unsatisfactory Chucks cuts 2 Bits are dull 3 Bits are cracked or bent 2 Use only sharp Bits 3 Replace with new Bits Follow all safety precautions whenever diagnosing or servicing the tool Disconnect power supply before service PLEASE READ
