INSTALLATION GUIDE FOR RADIO MODELS IM 100 IM 200 IM 300 Primed in Korea DIN MOUNTING EXAMPLE VOLKSWAGON 5 Pre wire radio Slide radio into din sleeve until it SEE FIG 1 locks into place Note Use either rear bushing 1 Verify opening is within following dimensions or perforated strap to secure rear of radio A Height 52mm 53mm 2 3 64 23 32 B Width 182mm 184mm 75 32 7 1 4 RADIO REMOVAL IF NECESSARY 2 If opening is less carefull file to exact size 1 Unsnap trimring on face of radio required DO NOT OVER FILE 2 Insert removal tool in slotted holes on sides of 3 Remove din sleeve from radio and place into radio until bottomed Spread tools outward slightly opening and pull radio toward you Remove tools and 4 Bend tabs outward to lock sleeve into dash slide radio fully out USE EITHER BUSHING OR PERFORATED STRAP TO SUPPORT O OF RADIO r DASH PANEL TRIMBEZEL INSTALLED ON RADIO UNSNAP TRIMRING FACTORY STYLE INSTALLATION screws Included with radio see fig 2 EXAMPLE TOYOTA SEE FIG 2 CAUTION Do not use longer screws or 1 Remove factory radio dash panel to expose damage to internal parts of radio may occur sub dash 5 Re install radio bracket assembly after wiring 2 Remove radio bracket assembly from sub dash radio 3 Remove and discard radio dummy panel attached 6 Replace dash panel to factory radio bracket assembly RADIO REMOVAL IF NECESSARY 4 Install radio into bracket a2. ssembly using special 1 Reverse installation procedure REMOVE NOT USED 1M100 IM200 IM300 RADIO x z va P SHORT SCREWS of XS NOTE IN SOME CASES IT WILL INCL w RADIO BE NECESSARY TO BREAK OFF THE SMALL PLASTIC TABS ON MAP POCKET IF THEY PREVENT FLUSH FITTING OF RADIO FACTORY BRACKET POCKET ASSEMBLY
