5. my PARALLEL ELECTRODE SUD amp LL f I u ipn wm 161924 TEST FIXTURE PARALLEL ELECTRODE SMD mm Set the parts again and tight the knobs Loose the knobs and remove the parts Select the wider or narrower side to match your device Set the insulater for a large device It insulates an electrode of the large device from the grownd conductor of the test fixture Exchange the parts as shown Figure 2 2 Electrodes configuration and SMD Size Preparation for Use 2 3 Connecting the Test Fixture for Use Note Some instruments require an adapter to be connected to the 16192A see i Applicable Instruments in Chapter 1 Y 1 Calibrate your analyzer at the APC 7 connector plane before connecting test fixture See Table 2 2 for the applicable error correcting function After calibration disconnect any standards from the APC 7 connector 2 Place the fixture on the APC 7 connector 3 Tighten turn counterclockwise the coupling nut of the APC 7 connector
