A300 at flow polar com start If you did the quick set up when starting to use your A300 go to flow polar com start for the complete setup To update the firmware 1 Plug your A300 to your computer either directly or with the USB cable 2 FlowSync starts syncing your data 3 After syncing you are asked to update the firmware 4 Choose Yes New firmware is installed this may take some time and A300 restarts O You won t lose any data due to the firmware update Before the update begins the data from your A300 is synced to the Flow web service 55 RESET A300 Like any electronic device A300 is recommended to be restarted every now and then If you experience prob lems with your A300 try resetting it Reset your A300 by pressing and holding the UP DOWN BACK and LIGHT buttons simultaneously for a couple of seconds until the Polar animation is shown on the display This is called a soft reset and it will not erase your data 56 IMPORTANT INFORMATION TAKING CARE OF YOUR A300 Like any electronic device Polar A300 should be treated with care The suggestions below will help you fulfill guarantee obligations and enjoy this product for many years to come A300 Keep your training device clean We recommend that you wash the device and the silicone wristband after each training session under running water with a mild soap and water solution Please remove the device from the wristband and wash them separately Wipe th
