EN KOOLANCE INS FM18D Coolant Flow Meter v1 0 The Koolance INS FM18D flow meter uses a magentic reed contact switch which responds to internal impeller rotation It is powered by 12V DC The integrated LED display reports flow rate in liters per minute LPM Residual air in the liquid will reduce flow meter accuracy Flow Rate Range Bracket detachment screws 2 0 15 LPM 0 53 4 GPM Fluid Temperature Range 0 70 C 32 158 F Be sure to install the flow meter in the correct liquid direction This is indicated by the arrow on the flow meter s body If the opposite direction is desired detach the flow meter from the black bracket and reattach facing the opposite direction Flow direction must correspond with the arrow Connect the female plug to an available 12V DC power supply Set the TUBING switch based on the internal hose diameter connected to the flow meter 6mm 1 4in ID tubing or 10mm 13mm for 10mm 3 8in or 13mm 1 2in ID tubing 12VDC power supply connection Tubing ID Switch
