CAMBER JOHNSON Very Well Connected INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Product Revision Form 7160 0444 Rev A INST 580 Wiring Cover Plate Ford Sedan amp Utility Printing Spec PS 001 This component is used to cover the gap that exists between the Gamber Johnson Console Box Top Plate and wiring tunnel when installed in a Ford NGPI Sedan or Utility vehicle equipped with the optional wiring kit If installed remove the arm rest assembly from the console box Place Wiring Cover Plate over gap with legs on Wiring Cover Plate outside the legs on wiring tunnel Loosely install existing vehicle bolts into slots on legs of Wiring Cover Plate attaching it to the wiring tunnel Align slots on vertical tab of Wiring Cover Plate with holes in console box Using 1 4 20 bolts reattach arm rest assembly to the console box clamping Wiring Cover Plate between console box and arm rest assembly With everything in position tighten all fasteners If an arm rest assembly is not used attach the Wiring Cover Plate directly to the console box using two 2 1 4 20 X 625 Hex Head Bolts lock washers and flat washers Gamber Johnson Arm Rest Assembly 1 4 20 X 5 8 hex Head Bolt Existing Vehicle Bolt Wiring Tunnel Gamber Johnson Console Box Existing Vehicle Bolt Product Mounting Disclaimer Gamber Johnson is not liable under any theory of contract or tort law for any loss damage personal injury special incidental or conseq2. uential damages for personal injury or other damage of any nature arising directly or indirectly as a result of the improper installation or use of its products in vehicle or any other application In order to safely install and use Gamber Johnson products full consideration of vehicle occupants vehicle systems i e the location of fuel lines brakes lines electrical drive train or other systems air bags and other safety equipment is required Gamber Johnson specifically disclaims any responsibility for the improper use or installation of its products not consistent with the original vehicle manufactures specifications and recommendations Gamber Johnson product instruction sheets or workmanship standards as endorsed through the Gamber Johnson Certified Installer Program Copyright 2012 Gamber Johnson LLC If you need assistance or have questions call Gamber Johnson at 1 800 456 6868
