Creating a Data Index File For a disc that contains so much data that it cannot fit on a label you can use the following procedure to create a data index file that you can print out on a computer printer 1 Click the O button 2 On the menu that appears click Create Data Index File This displays a dialog box for selecting a folder Select Folder Specify a Folder where the data index file should be created E My Documents S Ey Comp JJ 3 Floppy 4 See Local Disk C See Local Disk D 3 Audio CD E 4 DVD CD RW Drive F Shared Documents 5 ST6R s Documents E a My Network Places Cancel 30 3 Select the folder for which you want to create a data index and then click OK This displays the Save As dialog box Save in 5 My Documents e 0ce amy Music I My Pictures File name JJ OSOS Save as type csv File cs Cancel 4 Specify the folder in Save in and type a file name in to File name You can specify either CSV or TXT as the file type 5 Click Save to save the data and create a data index file Note You can open a data index file using standard word processor or spreadsheet software and then print from there Configuring Layout Settings You can control the appearance of your labels using the printing pattern and text layout panels and the Font and Image buttons Any changes you make to a label are immediately r
