3. ed singer s voice by adjusting MUSIC VOICE Rotate MUSIC VOICE to MUSIC to hear only the music without the singer s voice or rotate it to VOICE to hear the singer without the music Note This feature does not work with regular cassette tapes 5 To stop the tape press STOP EJECT Then lift the compart ment cover and remove the tape Q i y NB Al 14 871 fm Page 5 Monday May 15 2000 10 35 AM PLAYING A REGULAR TAPE To just listen to a cassette tape without singing along follow Steps 1 2 and 5 in Singing Along on Page 4 except rotate BALANCE all the way toward TAPE RESTORING TAPE TENSION AND SOUND QUALITY After you play a cassette tape several times the tape might be come tightly wound on the reels This can cause playback sound quality to deteriorate To restore the sound quality fast forward the tape from the begin ning to the end of one side then completely rewind it Then loosen the tape reels by gently tapping each side of the cassette s outer shell on a flat surface Caution Be careful not to damage the cassette when tapping it Do not touch the exposed tape or allow any sharp objects near the cassette CARE To enjoy your RadioShack Kids Karaoke Machine for a long time e Keep the karaoke machine dry If it gets wet wipe it dry immediately e Use and store the karaoke machine only in normal tempera ture environments e Handle the karaoke machine gently and care
