Enabled to save all sent messages to the Outbox Select Prompt to alert you to choose whether or not to save your message To view the Outbox Select Menu Messages Outbox 2 Press CI up or down through the list of messages One of the following symbols appears next to each message The scheduled message will be sent at the scheduled time You cannot cancel delivery of the message X The message cannot be sent because service is not available An alert appears on your phone if the message cannot be sent The scheduled message has been sent and will be delivered as scheduled You cannot cancel delivery of the message The message has been sent to more than one recipient 22 Sending and Receiving Text Messages Retrieving text messages When a text message is received your screen displays 1 New Text Message s along with the PX symbol at the top of your screen The PX symbol flashes if the message is urgent If you see 1 New Text Message s You can choose to View the message Press e Ignore the message Press CH right then press Ge Note If you receive a new message while you are reading a message the one you are reading will be replaced by the new one You can find the older message in the Inbox Select Menu Messages Inbox If you see the Pj symbol If the PX symbol is flashing the message is urgent 1 Select Menu Messages 2 Select
