1. 4 6 Personal Dictionary Use the Personal Dictionary to create your own dictionaries on the device You can copy them to your PC for further editing A maximum of 50 dictionaries can be created with up to 500 entries in each dictionary Creating Dictionaries on the Device 1 In the Learn menu press lt P gt to select Personal Dictionary and then press OK lt 4 T Learn Personal Dictionary bs ir Press F1 to create a new personal dictionary Create a name for the dictionary and then press OK lt 4 Input a word and its definition in the appropriate fields and then press F1 gt MYWORDS 0 Word Definition Entries Press W OK or lt to advance to the next field To quit without saving press F5 B 5 6 Press A to select the dictionary you have just created and then press OK lt Press F1 to add more words to the dictionary Editing Personal Dictionaries on PC 1 2 Connect the device to your PC See 9 1 Connecting to a PC Double click PersonalDict to open that folder In the folder double click to open a personal dictionary file txt with a text editor Edit or add new words Each new word must start on a new line Separate the headword and its definition with a tab Press Enter after entering the definition including the last line Save the file and disconnect the device from your PC
