5. alues will change to reflect the dates  2a 29 30 123 4 which would be returned if the report was run on this day    5 6 7  amp  91011  12 13 14 15  16 17 18  19 20 21 22 23 24 25  26 27 268 293031 1   7 3 4 ee Fe From Date would be   15 07 2010    If the date was 15 07 2010 and Next 90 Days  Departures  was  chosen then        amp   To Date would be   13 10 2010       You can also test what values would appear if the report was run  by you or the scheduler  on another  future date by clicking on  the calendar     Once you   re happy with your date ranges exit the screen and begin using them in your reports     Deleting Ranges  Note that deleting ranges is permitted but care is advised when doing so  These ranges are dynamic and each time your reports    which use them run they refer to this data in order to determine the range of data to include  if you remove a range please ensure  it isn t in any of your important reports because it will cause the date range to become static  You are asked for confirmation    before deleting ranges  right click on a range on the left
