RESIDENTIAL TOILET REBATE INFORMATION Is it time to replace your old water guzzling toilets If your toilet was installed prior to 1994 it is using 3 5 gallons per flush gpf or more and your home may qualify for a rebate WaterSense Toilet Purchased Your Rebate Per Toilet 1 28 gpf Up to 25 Pp 1 28 pt dual flush Up to 25 average of 1 1 gpf or less Up to 150 Program Requirements e Only Aurora Water customers in good standing account with a zero balance may apply e Rebates are offered on a first come first served basis e New toilets must replace toilets older than 1994 that flush at least 3 5 gpf e New toilets must use 1 28 gpf or less and have the EPA WaterSense logo on the packaging EPA s WaterSense program lists all of the toilets eligible for a rebate e Limit of two toilets per residence e Installations must be completed prior to applying e Applications must be submitted within 90 days of purchase e An inspection may be required to verify the replacement of your toilet s Don t Forget to Include in Your Application e A scanned copy of your paid itemized receipt that clearly shows the date of purchase the toilet make and model and the cost of the toilet if the make and model is not clear also include a photo of the box or user s manual e Your Aurora Water account number or the name of your Homeowner s Association not the management company Rebate Application Important Details e Maximum of two toile
