This is usually caused by corrupted installation files You may experience this when trying to install an up dated version and the instal lation comes to a grinding halt due to the corrupted file The situation is that you can t install it so that you can uninstall it normally use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to address this problem don t use it for Microsoft Office 2007 http Support microsoft com kb 290301 However when using the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility be careful only to process the program against the specific program that is causing the problem Be aware that Windows In Staller CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual pro gram from your computer However it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation upgrade or uninstall over Microsoft KB Article 290301 With all of that stated the description of the Revo Un installer certainly makes one believe that it may be just the ticket You mav download it here http www revouninstaller com haven t used it so I can t Say how easy it is to use nor can attest to its reli ability and safety Question I have just be gun using Microsoft Of fice Outlook 2007 1 have entered all of my con tacts and want to starta group listing my contrac tor contacts I can t seem to create a group Can you answer in blonde language please Answer Lets start by call ing
