M DC 1922 User M anual Digital Temperature Controller Specifications 1 Digital Display 33 2 Digit Red color 2 Size 96 x 96x110 mm Panel Cutout 92 x92 mm Supply 230 VAC 50 Hz Sensor Type Thermocouple Range 0 400 C Output 2 relays with 1 C O 5 Amp 230 V contact Control Action TP ON OFF optional NO U1 BH W Display There Is single display which indicates respective SET TEMPERATURE when respective SET key is pressed and it shows PROCESS TEMPERATURE when the Same key is released LED s There are two LED s one for indicating the Relay H ON OFF condition and second for Thermocouple break TCB indication Front key SET There are two SET keys on the front side UPPER one for the SET POINT 1 and LOWER one for the SET POINT 2 Using these keys you can set the temperature in the range 0 400 C Working gt First of all make the connections of the instrument i e connect appropriate thermocouple at the backside and relay with the heater via contactor from safety point of view gt Then set the temperature to your desired value by pressing the set key and moving the screw either in clockwise or anti clockwise direction gt On releasing the key you can see the present process temperature where you have installed the thermocouple gt When process temperature equals to SET 1 relay 1 will turn OFF and SET 1 HYST relay 1 will turn ON again When process temperature equals to SET 2 rela2. y 2 will turn OFF and at SET 2 HYST relay 2 will turn ON again gt The Thermocouple Break led TCB will give the indication only when the sensor will not be able to sense the temperature or it is not connected properly gt There are two trim pots at the back of the instrument The ZERO trim pot is used to adjust the ZERO setting and the SPAN trim pot is used to adjust the SPAN setting CONNECTION DIAGRAM NOU UNC NOC TING r For more information please email us at helpline multispanindia com 09978991474 75
