IHAP 118 User Manual WARNING Dear user Thanks for using our company s products in order to fully make use of the products we sincerely suggests follow Please do not remove and change any accessories of the machine It forbids others to open and remove the mainframe except the authorized people in the company It forbids others to change and maintain the machine except the professional people Please contact us if there is any trouble during operation Please read the instruction in detail and keep it well for further reading and consulting Please follow the instruction to fit and operate the machine correctly IHAP 118 User Manual The IHAP118 is an Aesthetic Compression Therapy System that consists of a Programmable Sequential Therapy device and inflatable Compression Garments for use by the professional aesthetician The system performs a massage from the distal to the proximal sections of a limb relieving the limb of excess lymphatic and venous fluids Pressurized air is distributed through a sequence of tubes connected to a sleeve like garment that is wrapped around the client s limb and fastened with zippers Gentle air pressure is created by inflating up to 24 overlapping cells located in each garment The cells inflate in sequence applying a smooth peristaltic unidirectional massage action that assists trapped fluid to move 1 1 Intended Uses Cellulite orange peel skin E V

3. severe skin YES NO inflammation or recent skin grafts 14 IHAP 118 User Manual Do you have pain or numbness in any of your limbs YES NO Do you have arteriosclerosis or other ischemic vascular diseases YES NO Do you have unbalanced cardiac insufficiency YES NO Are you pregnant YES NO In case of possible contraindications or pre existing risk factors or when the answer to any of the above questions is YES the user client must obtain authorization from a physic that they may be treated with the IHAP118 Professional If thelHAP118 is to be used in an aesthetic institute or beauty salon the operator must have the client read entire list of contraindications and complete and sign the questionnaire to be kept of file If the device for home use the rental or sales agent must have the user read the entire of contraindications and complete and sign the questionnaire to be kept in the Agent is files If the user client has NONE of the contraindications for use AND the answer to all the questions in the Screening Questionnaire is NO then the user should sign the following declaration User Client Declaration hereby affirm that have answer the above questions truthfully to the best of my knowledge and have verified that have none of the contraindications to using the IHAP118 if there is a change in my condition will immediately inform the operator of the IHAP118 device hereby

Notices The IHAP118 is a highly effective pneumatic aesthetic massage machine that operates at pressures up to 80 mmHg Because of the pressure applied the operator of the IHAP118 machine or the user if the IHAP118 is to be self applied must verify prior to the start of treatment that the person who is to be treated with the IHAP118 does not suffer from any of the contraindications listed below Please carefully examine the list of contraindications and determine that the Person to be treated with the IHAP118 does not have any of these contraindications At the back of this User Manual you will find a Screening Questionnaire which is intended to assist you in detecting possible contraindications Follow the directions for completing the questionnaire If you are unsure as to whether one or more of these contraindications may be present the person to be treated must consult his her physician before they can be treated with the IHAP118 1 4 Safety Note immediate Garment Deflation When immediate garment deflation is necessary disconnect the 12 pin connector from the machine to immediately deflate the air pressure in the garment Use of the IHAP118 is not recommended where the following conditions are present ein the presence of any pain or numbness eSevere arteriosclerosis or other ischemic vascular diseases eUnbalanced cardiac insufficiency e Known or suspected deep vein thrombosis or thrombophlebitis eGangrene eDermatitis
