Dally Maintenarice ucon tit 10 2 Periodical maintenance eee 10 TruRiSSKOOTO a 10 Appendix 1 On vehicle adapters delivered with the unit 11 Appendix2 Table of Fuel Pressure a 13 CFC 401 Fuel System On vehicle Cleaner User s Manual LAUNCH Introduction Se Ml With development of automobile industry the engines are designed with more and more complicated fuel measurement and combustion control The more complicated and precise the engine becomes the lower the engine s relative trouble tolerance becomes When the deposits inside the engine is accumulated to some certain degree the fuel supply system of the engine may become unsmooth and cause the engine power decreased the acceleration lagging shaking fuel wasting difficult starting intermittent flameout emission of exhaust gases and high temperature etc which may at last reduce the vehicle drivability Modern automobiles employing Electronic Fuel Injection Systems require accurate control of fuel pressure and flow rate If the pressure or flow characteristics fall outside manufacturer s specifications engine performance will be affected leading to the situations like engine can t be started or fuel consumption goes abnormally high etc Therefore it is necessary to test the fuel system of an engine to ensure a normal operation of the vehicle during each interval period between two services Failure to do so may result in consequences like w

NCH This unit is made for the purpose of persons who have special techniques and certifications Safety Precautions Read all service procedures and precautions installation instructions and equipment operating manuals thoroughly Failure to observe these precautions or the improper use of equipment could result in property damage serious injury or death Never allow improperly trained personnel to perform these procedures or operate the equipment Please read the operating instructions and make Sure you understand them before you begin to operate CFC 401 Keep this manual with CFC 401 at all times Remember to connect the DC12V power first before using the unit and then remove the fuel hoses from the engine to avoid fire by lighting No naked fire during cleaning for the detergent is volatile and flammable fluid Avoid breathing the fluid mist from the CFC 401 and vehicle engine e CFC 401 should be placed in a well ventilated room without direct sunshine Engines produce carbon monoxide which is a kind of odorless and poisonous gas and can lead to serious injury Keep service area well ventilated or attach the vehicle exhaust system to an exhaust disposal system Avoid contacting with hot surfaces such as the exhaust manifolds and hoses radiator etc Apply the parking brake and block the wheels before testing or repairing the vehicle It is especially important to block the wheels on front drive veh
