54. ne All I O operations are restricted to isolated storage and do not have direct access to the underlying operating system file system which helps to provide security and prevents unauthorized access and data corruption from other applications 7 2 Web service security The web service communicates with the server via https and is secured by SSL certificate Also the credentials are checked when trying to connect to the Connect Bridge server Without a proper authentication an error message will be returned and any other attempt to communicate with the server will result in error until a successful connection is established 7 3 Application security Mobile CRM application uses Connect Bridge and Connect Bridge Web service in order to connect to CRM server specified by the user To be able to connect to the Connect Bridge server a proper user name and password has to be supplied This credentials are checked by the Connect Bridge server each time the application is trying to get or submit any user data to the CRM server The application also uses the devices isolated storage to store a local database and any other files used by the Mobile CRM application Only the Mobile CRM application has access to the part of the storage where local database and any other files used by the app reside In order to secure the users data even more the entire database used by Mobile CRM application is encrypted using AES 128 encryption algorithm and the databas
