3. ck theair connection forleaks 4 Disconnect fromthe air hoseuntil next instructed to reconnect 2 of 4 ASSEMBLY The only assemblyrequired is the mounting of a cutting wheel Ab WARNING The cutter mustbe disconnected from the airsupply when changingthe cutting wheel After disconnecting the air supply squeeze the triggerto makesure no airremains in the unit 1 Place awrench 36 onthe flats ofthe spindle 29 to hold itin place 2 Using the key 37 loosen andremove the locking nut 32 and the washer 34 3 Removeand replace thecutting wheel notincluded 33 4 Replace thelocking nut 32 and the washer 34 Tighten thelocking nut 32 while holding thespindle 29 inplace with awrench OPERATION Ab WARNING Always check the cutting wheelfor possible wear Donot use awormn torn ordefective cutting wheel ZX WARNING Position the highspeed cutoff toolso that the attached guard isin position between you and thework piece to protectyou from flying debris Z N WARNING Guard must always be attachedto high speedcutoff tool Check thecutting wheel forwear Replace if necessary Set the compressor to 90 PSI Do notexceed 90 PSI Connect the cutoff tool tothe air hoseas explained Using bothhands to grip the cutoff tool gently squeeze downon the trigger Allow the tool to run fora fewseconds before approaching the workpiece Let the cutoff tool dothe work Donot apply force on thewor
