5. hnliche Teile A Auf dem Garantiewege nicht behoben werden des weiteren Sch den an dem Ger t die verursacht worden sind durch e Missbrauch oder Fehlgebrauch des Ger tes f r einen anderen als seinen normalen Zweck unter Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungs und Wartungsanleitungen der Firma GLOCKENKLANG e den Anschluss oder Gebrauch des Produkts in einer Weise die den geltenden technischen oder sicherheitstechnischen Anforderungen in dem Land in dem das Gerat gebraucht wird nicht entspricht e Sch den die durch h here Gewalt oder andere von GLOCKENKLANG nicht zu vertretende Ursachen bedingt sind 5 Die Garantieberechtigung erlischt wenn das Produkt durch eine nicht autorisierte Werkstatt repariert wurde 6 Produkte ohne Garantieberechtigung werden nur gegen Kosten bernahmen durch den K ufer repariert Bei fehlender Garantieberechtigung wird GLOCKENKLANG den K ufer Uber die fehlende Garantieberechtigung informieren Wird auf diese Mitteilung innerhalb von A Wochen kein schriftlicher Reparaturauftrag gegen bernahmen der Kosten erteilt so wird GLOCKENKLANG das Ubersandte Ger t an den K ufer zur cksenden Die Kosten f r Fracht und Verpackung werden dabei gesondert in Rechnung gestellt und per Nachnahme erhoben Wird ein Reparaturauftrag gegen Kosten bernahme erteilt so werden die Kosten f r Fracht und Verpackung zus tzlich ebenfalls gesondert in Rechnung gestellt 4 UBERTRAGUNGSGARANTIE Die Garantie wird aus
