E OVERVIEW Pressure Gauge Power Switch 9 Pressure Regulator Status Light llluminates when the new fluid tank is empty Yellow Hose Connects to master cylinder adapter or wand Service Panel adapter 941944 Removes for easy access to internal parts Waste Fluid Bottle Connects to vehicle s New Fluid Tank bleeder screws to collect Holds up to 7 quarts used brake fluid of new brake fluid Battery Cables Connect directly to the vehicle s battery to power the machine 5 Locking Caster Wheels Allow easy transport of the machine while preventing unwanted rolling on non level surfaces 5 Caster Wheels Allow easy transport of the machine 10 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CONNECTION Remove master cylinder cap Find correct master cylinder adapter from adapter kit and attach to master cylinder reservoir Connect yellow pressure hose to master cylinder adapter Attach the tube from the used fluid bottle to one of the vehicle s bleeder screws You may need to verify that the bleeder screw can be opened before attaching the tube The bottle may be mounted to the caliper using the attached magnet Connect the battery cables OPERATION Turn the machine on and use the pressure regulator to increase the pressure to the desired amount A typical brake service should not require more than 12psi see manufacturer s recommendation Slowly open the ball valve on the yellow pressure hose while checking
