3. ative use Teflon tape Connect the ends of the unions G D to the tube in Rilsan E INSTALLING THE GAUGE FITTING THE TUBE_FIG 3 Screw the union G with male thread into the separator putting the sealing gasket C in between in alternative use Teflon tape Connect the union G to the tube E Connect the union D with female thread to the end of the tube E Fit the gasket C inside the union D FILLING THE GAUGE Pump the fluid into the gauge using the small bottle L Fig 4 Eliminate the air bubbles using a rod i e toothpick Fig 5 When the fluid reaches the head the job is complete The fluid should not leak out even if the gauge is turned upside down FILLING THE TUBE Unscrew the grub screw on the separator using a 2 5 mm Allen key fig 6 Fill the tube using the small bottle L until the fluid comes out of the hole M Fig 7 Turn the grub screw I by a turn and continue pumping the fluid with the small bottle L Fig 8 Make sure a few drops of fluid come out of the grub screw I then screw the grub screw tight Make sure the level of fluid reaches the gasket C inside the union D Fig 9 FITTING THE GAUGE To fit the gauge at a distance Manually screw the gauge O onto the union D Fig 10 If the gauge indicates an excessive pressure loosen the grub screw until the indicator of the gauge moves back to a value near to 0 Once this is achieved tighten the gr
4. ovalve that it deems necessary Compatibility of insulating fluid STANDARD SUPPLY The separator is supplied ready for installation The standard supply differs based on the type chosen P N 8392067 SEPARATOR 1 8 1 8 NPT Make sure the separator is complete and intact P N 8392064 P N 8392065 No 1 Separator No 1 Owner s handbook No 2 Separator gaskets 1 Separator 1 Owner s handbook No 1 Rilsan tube 6x4 L 5m No 2 Separator gaskets No 2 Unions with male thread No 2 Unions with female thread No 1 Small fluid filling bottle INSTALLATION There are two ways of installing the gauge separator 1 INSTALL IT ON THE CONTROL UNIT 2 INSTALL IT AT A DISTANCE The gauge separator can be installed directly on the control unit or at a distance INSTALLATION ON THE CONTROL UNIT_FIG 1 Manually screw the separator A into the pre arranged hole F putting the sealing gasket C in between in alternative use Teflon tape INSTALLATION AT A DISTANCE_FIG 2 Pre arrange a 2 5 mm thick sheet plate with a hole 21 mm on the machine Secure the separator A to the sheet plate using the ring B supplied Screw the union D with female thread onto the male thread of the separator A putting the sealing gasket C in between in alternative use Teflon tape Screw the union G with male thread into the pre arranged hole F putting the sealing gasket C in between in altern
