1. ON position RE PRESSURING THE SYSTEM The system will need re pressurising if the red LED is illuminated and the pressure gauge is reading below 0 4bar Locate the filling valve and if necessary connect the loop fig 2 slowly open the valve until you hear the water entering the appliance The red LED will go out first Go on with re pressuring until the pressure shown on the manometer is between 1 amp 1 5 bar fig 3 The appliance must not be operated until the system has been re pressurised If in doubt contact your installer SHUT DOWN THE SYSTEM FOR SHORT PERIODS The system can be shut down for short periods by simply turning the mode selector to the OFF position It is also advisable to turn off the main water supply to the house SHUT DOWN THE SYSTEM FOR LONG PERIODS If the house is to be left unoccupied for any length of time especially during the winter the system should be thor oughly drained of all water The gas should be turned off at the meter and the main water supply should be turned off at the stopcock If necessary contact your installer for further advice CARE FOR THE APPLIANCE To clean the outer casing use only a clean damp cloth Do not use any scourers or abrasive cleaners APPLIANCE LED STATUS INDICATOR control valve Fig 2 temporary connection control valve y 14 f fl t ow re al double check pipe valve A supply pipe Fig 3 correct pressure value COL

5. egistration carg E Vokera timeclock accessory Page Getting started Page 5 1 Vokera timeclock 6 2 1 Before switching on 3 2 2 Appliance controls 3 2 3 Lighting the boiler 3 INTRODUCTION Dear Customer Your Mynute EHE boiler has been designed to meet and exceed the very latest standards in gas central heating technology and if cared for will give years of reliable use and efficiency Your Mynute EHE is a System boiler that provides heated water to radiators and or a hot water cylinder Features included are LED indicators showing the status of the appliance and system pressure gauge frost protection and anti pump seize function Please therefore take some time to read these instructions carefully Do s and don t s e Do ensure that the system pressure is periodically checked e Do ensure that you know how to isolate the appliance in an emergency e Do ensure that you are familiar with the appliance controls e Do ensure that your installer has completed the appliance log book e Do not attempt to remove the appliance casing or gain internal access e Do not hang clothes etc over the appliance e Do not operate on sealed components e Do not forget to have the appliance serviced annually Fig 1 1 Pressure gauge 2 Mode selector switch 3 Fault indicator led 4 Temperature selector 5 Timeclock aperture optional M YN UTE E H E THINGS YOU SHOUL

8. mal The minimum permissible level for the safe and efficient operation of the appliance is 0 5 bar Should the pressure fall below 0 5 bar the boiler shuts off automatically EHE or hot water Ifthere is a room thermostat and or hot water cylinder thermostat you should ensure these are also calling for heat When there is a demand for heating and or hot water via the above controls the boiler will go through an ignition se quence whereby the burner will light If the appliance fails to ignite during the ignition sequence allow a period of two minutes before re setting To adjust the output temperature of the appliance turn the thermostat knob clockwise to increase or anti clockwise to decrease When the appliance reaches the set temperature the burner will go off for minimum period of approximately 3 minutes When the programmer time clock or external thermostats heating request has been satisfied the appliance will switch off automatically HOW TO 3 1 3 2 3 3 3 4 3 5 3 6 USE THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME Before switching the appliance on please familiarise your self on how to isolate the appliance from the electricity gas and water supplies If in doubt contact your installer USE THE MODE SELECTOR SWITCH Turn the mode selector switch to the OFF position switch on the electrical supply to the appliance The green LED should be flashing you may now switch the boiler selector switch to the
