13. ry replacement Also we worked on the Saw which we received for repairs We found that Excessive Pressure the problem was in the pin which holds the blade by Spanner Of course we replaced the pin Then immediately we received a call that one more saw broke down We repeated the same procedure and we realized that the problem was same Then there was a call from our local representative asking what was happening at the said hospital The Head of the Department called me and asked Manman key Saw ko kya ho gaya hai informed that something is wrong and I will study and reply you soon That Hospital was having about seven saws asked our person who keeps the records to find out the history The head of our works Mr Mangesh commented that he found the problem is repeating again and again It was either breaking of Pins loosening of Dome Nut or spoiling of Threads also asked our representative to contact the users and the theater staff and ask when the theater would be free so that we could send our Mr Nandan alias Vinayak to personally inspect and report back to me was surprised to know that the reason for breaking of the Pins spoiling of the Threads and Dome nuts was nothing but use of non Standard blades on Manman Saw The staff was using some Imported Saws and after those saws broke down they started using Manman Saws but with those mported Blades We were suggested by the authority to Spoiled Blades change
