3. 008 Rev G 5 13 1 Wallach Surgical Devices INSTRUCTIONS 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 IMPORTANT SAFETY FEATURE Wallach has incorporated a rupture disk into the LL100 This is a safety device that prevents damage to the instrument from overheated cylinders Note If tank is overheated and pressure reaches 1500 psi gas will exhaust through the rupture disk instead of pressurizing the whole unit thereby avoiding damage to the unit The rupture disk is easily replaced by removing it with a 14 2 mm wrench Additional rupture disks may be purchased from Wallach Surgical Devices The rupture disk is not covered under the Remove protective sleeve which covers the tip of the instrument Save the sleeve for protection if you need to transport the instrument at any time in the future Secure the pressure gauge block to the cylinder The hand wheel should be hand tightened only Open gas cylinder valve and observe gas pressure Gauge needle should move to the green area Note Green area denotes proper pressure for operation Yellow area denotes that cylinder pressure is too low for operation and cylinder needs to be changed Red area denotes excess pressure Vent tank as described in section titled HOW TO VENT CYLINDER Choose appropriate sterilized cryotip with clear shield and install Hand tighten only Do not use tools to tighten To see if apparatus is working properly it should be tested prior to use Pointing to th

15. ransparente y m ntelo Apri tela a mano sin usar herramientas 5 Para comprobar que la unidad funciona correctamente deber probarla antes de utilizada Para ello apriete el gatillo de congelaci n durante varios segundos apuntando hacia el suelo La criopunta se helar y soltar vapor Suelte el gatillo de congelaci n y apriete el gatillo de descongelaci n La escarcha desparecer en 3 4 segundos NOTA El gatillo de congelaci n permanecer autom ticamente apretado para su comodidad Al pulsar el gatillo de descongelaci n el gatillo de congelaci n se desbloquear Si desea soltar el gatillo de congelaci n sin descongelar apriete y suelte moment neamente el gatillo de descongelaci n 6 Aplique la criopunta al rea de tratamiento humedecida Se recomienda aplicar un producto lubricante al rea de tratamiento Apriete el gatillo de congelaci n para congelar el tejido 7 Apriete el gatillo de descongelaci n y mant ngalo apretado para descongelar la punta Aleje el instrumento del rea de tratamiento 8 Una vez terminado el tratamiento coloque el instrumento en su base y cierre la v lvula de la bombona de gas NOTA si el tratamiento requiere m s de una punta de crioterapia no es necesario cerrar la v lvula de la bombona mientras cambia de punta Limitese a destornillar la criopunta en uso y c mbiela por la punta adecuada 9 Para reducir la concentraci n de N20 en el rea crioquir rgica inmediata puede desp
