8. 2 GUNNAR SPT32 Configuration Assistant Contents e i Introduction What is the Configuration Assistant Hints The SPT32 Configuration Assistant was designed to help you with the configuration of SPT32 on your GUNNAR RAPIDO 1001 or 3001 machine All relevant data is assembled and adjusted step by step The index will direct you from the error descriptions to the settings to be configured General The machine should be configured for the first time by your GUNNAR representative Later on configuration of the SPT32 software and consequently the machine will have to be done by the customer or user Please note also the printed user manual included with every machine and the SPT32 Help that you will find in the SPT32 program folder The safety instructions in the documentation have to be adhered to under any circumstances Optimizing Material Requirements In order to use as little mat material as possible we recommend you enter small measurements for all required test cuts e g outside 20 x 20 inside 4 x 4 cm For subsequent cuts you can gradually enter larger measurements e g outside 20 x 20 inside 5 x 5 cm etc Machine Models Please note that the stated guidelines mostly refer to the Rapido Deviations of the settings for the GUNNAR 1001 2001 are indicated with an asterisk Basic Settings GUNNAR SPT32 Configuration Assistant Contents e 1 Depth of Cut Setting The depth of cut is a decisive factor for the
