1. IMITED WARRANTY THE LIPPERT LEVELING SYSTEM IS DESIGNED AS A LEVELING SYSTEM ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE USED TO PROVIDE SERVICE FOR ANY REASON UNDER THE COACH SUCH AS CHANGING TIRES OR SERVICING THE LEVELING SYSTEM LIPPERT COMPONENTS INC RECOMMENDS THAT A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL BE EMPLOYED TO CHANGE THE TIRE ON THE COACH ANY ATTEMPTS TO CHANGE TIRES OR PERFORM OTHER SERVICE WHILE COACH IS SUPPORTED BY THE LIPPERT LEVELING SYSTEM COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE MOTOR HOME AND OR CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH WARNING BE SURE TO PARK THE COACH ON SOLID LEVEL GROUND CLEAR ALL JACK LANDING LOCATIONS OF DEBRIS AND OBSTRUCTIONS LOCATIONS SHOULD ALSO BE FREE OF DEPRESSIONS WHEN PARKING THE COACH ON EXTREMELY SOFT SURFACES UTILIZE LOAD DISTRIBUTION PADS UNDER EACH JACK PEOPLE AND PETS SHOULD BE CLEAR OF COACH WHILE OPERATING LEVELING SYSTEM BE SURE TO KEEP HANDS AND OTHER BODY PARTS CLEAR OF FLUID LEAKS OIL LEAKS IN THE LIPPERT LEVELING SYSTEM MAY BE UNDER HIGH PRESSURE AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS SKIN PENETRATING INJURIES NEVER LIFT THE COACH COMPLETELY OFF THE GROUND LIFTING THE COACH SO THE WHEELS ARE NOT TOUCHING GROUND WILL CREATE AN UNSTABLE AND UNSAFE CONDITION OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AUTOMATIC LEVELING Push AUTO LEVEL Switch to ON and release Fig 1A AUTO LEVEL Indicator Light and the POWER ON Indicator Light will illuminate indicating that the CONTROL PANEL is in Automatic Mode and operating Automatic Leveling w

3. ently pull Control Panel out of the dash CAUTION Be careful not to unplug wire harnesses Locate small YELLOW button on back of Control Panel Fig 3A Push and hold YELLOW button for 15 seconds Release button for 3 seconds Press button again and release immediately Auto Leveling System is now calibrated return Control Panel to dash and remount screws to secure Control Panel in dash Push the ALL RETRACT button to retract all jacks Push AUTO LEVEL button to put system into Automatic Leveling Mode to test that calibration of system is complete
4. ill begin after a pause of one or two seconds During this process there cannot be any movement at all inside the coach The unit will begin to level right to left by dropping the rear jack on the side that is the lowest The jack will raise the side of the coach to just above level The rear jack on the opposite side will then lower to the ground and then raise the coach to the point of level side to side Once the unit is level right to left front jacks will extend and will level unit front to rear System will then shut down indicating that the unit is completely leveled NOTE System will temporarily and periodically shut off during the leveling process for the control box to analyze the disposition of the coach Fig 3 CRITERIA FOR CALIBRATING AUTO LEVLEING SYSTEM There are two main reasons for needing to calibrate the Automatic Leveling System 11 Battery is completely drained and completely discharged 2 Battery has been disconnected Any event that results in total loss of power to the Control Panel will result in the need to calibrate the Auto Leveling System CALIBRATING AUTO LEVELING SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS ik NOOB Manually level coach utilizing bubble type level A 48 level is recommended and should be placed on the floor in the kitchen area See Page 13 in the Electronic Controlled Hydraulic Leveling System Unscrew mounting screws holding the Leveling Control Panel in the dash and g
