3. 070809 Controls and Systems 18 Models 8752 8752P 8756 8756P 8757 Temperature Adjustments Setting Product Temperature 1 Position the fine adjustment potentiometer at mid range This vvill limit the fine adjustment range to 2 F 1 1 C 2 Turn coarse adjustment clockwise to the maximum position 3 After about 5 minutes of freeze down time check the product temperature When the temperature of the sample portion is approximately 1 F 5 C above the desired serving temperature slowly turn the coarse adjustment counterclockwise towards minimum until the refrigeration system cycles off 4 Allow the unit to operate through three refrigeration cycles without a draw 5 After the third refrigeration cycle off check the product temperature and make further adjustments if necessary to the coarse adjustment Note Due to the sensitivity of the temperature adjustments and the amount of product in the freezing cylinder it will be easiest to make an adjustment from a warmer temperature to a colder temperature with this control To make a colder adjustment first allow the compressor to cycle off Then as the coarse adjustment is slowly turned clockwise colder the red SET P
