Nilfisk Advance Instruction No 82132302 01 05 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS GM 80 90 AND GD 90C MOTOR HEAD 22131100 22131200 Replacement of the electrical on off switch B 1 3 5 3 To be performed by a skilled or instructed person only Disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the power supply before starting the work Removal and refitting of the motor head Model 80 Open the two top catches on the container and lift away the motor head When repla cing the motor head position the on off switch over the suction inlet before locking the catches Model 90 Remove the motor head by turning its handle counter clockwise Lift out the motor Refit by placing the motor in the contai ner with the on off switch in line with the printed on off symbol on the container Turn the motor head clock wise until a distinct click is heard If the motor head will not lock into position by turning press the red locking lever inside the container in the direction of the arrow Then mount as described Removal and refitting of the handle with grill diffuser and sound suppressor 3 Detach the handle by turning the slot of the two screws to verti cal position Release the handle by a gentle downward pressure at its centre Press and release the handle from the recess Lift off the grill diffuser with sound suppressor When replaced m

Detach the handle by turning the slot of the two screws to verti cal position Release the handle by a gentle downward pressure at its centre Press and release the handle from the recess Lift off the grill diffuser with sound suppressor When replaced mount the sound suppresor on top of the motor head with diffuser and grill Replace the handle and lock the two screws by turning their slot to horizontal position Removal of the motor top housing 15 and or the support ring 16 Unscrew the two screws with steel brackets where the handle locks to the motor head with a Torx screwdriver T20 Unscrew the electrical socket 17 and remove with two screws 18 To remove the on off button 19 from the top housing 15 press down a slot screwdriver between the on off button 19 and the top housing 15 and rock it gentle down wards to release it Unscrew and remove the six screws 1 for the motor heads plastic ring Replace the top housing 15 and or the support ring 16 Refit in reverse order Removal and refitting of the motor unit internal wires Release the two internal motor wires from the terminal block with Nilfisk Advance a 3 5 x 0 6 mm slot screwdriver Remove the motor housing item 2 by unscrewing the four screws with a Torx screwdriver T 20 and before removing it unscrew the screw item 3 and guide the two internal motor wires back through the bush hole

5. at udskifte de sm pakninger 6 med nye bl de pakninger S t plasthuset 5 p toppen af motordelen igen Fjern den store pakning 7 i rillen i plasthuset 5 og udskift den med en ny bl d pakning Mont r filterindsatsen 4 og filterhuset 2 oven p plasthuset 5 Tryk p filterhuset 2 med h nden for at montere de fire skruer S t h ndtaget p igen og l s det p plads ved at dreje k rven i de to skruer tilbage til vandret stilling Bem rk Da pakninger ldes udskiftes begge pakninger for at sikre 100 t thed rundt om den nye filterindsats MONTAGEANWEISUNG SERIE GS GM 80 90 21738000 21739000 Wechseln des Abluftfilters B 1 3 5 13 Vor dem Auswechseln des Filters bitte den Netzstecker des Staubsaugers aus der Steckdose ziehen HINWEIS Bitte halten Sie alle Vorschriften zum Schutz gegen die in Schwebstoffiltern enthaltenen St ube ein Abnehmen des Handgriffs 1 Zum Abnehmen des Handgriffs drehen Sie die beiden Befestigungsschrauben so dass ihre Schlitze senkrecht stehen Driicken Sie die Mitte des Handgriffs dann leicht nach unten so dass der Handgriff freikommt Dabei rastet er aus den Vertiefungen aus und kann abgenommen werden Austauschen des Filtereinsatzes 4 und der flexiblen Dichtungen 6 Entfernen Sie die vier Schrauben 3 mit einem Pozidrive Schraubenzieher Gr Be 2 Nehmen Sie das Geh use 2 mit dem Filtereinsatz 4 ab Nehmen Sie das Kunststoffgeh use 5 aus dem Motorkopf u
6. chez la poign e en exer ant en son point central une l g re pression vers le bas Appuyez et rel chez pour extraire la poign e de son logement Enl vement et remplacement de la cartouche filtrante 4 et des joints d tanch it souples 6 7 Desserrez les 4 vis 3 l aide d un tournevis Pozidrive N 2 Soulevez et tez le compartiment 2 avec la cartouche filtrante 4 Soulevez et tez le bo tier en plastique 5 pour remplacer le petit joint 6 par un nouveau joint souple Repositionnez le bo tier en plastique 5 au dessus de la culasse du moteur Enlevez le plus grand joint d tanch it 7 situ dans la rainure du bo tier en plastique 5 et remplacez le par un nouveau joint souple Remontez la cartouche filtrante 4 et le compartiment du filtre 2 au dessus du bo tier en plastique Enfoncez le compartiment du filtre 2 pour serrer les 4 vis Remontez la poign e et verrouillez la en position en tournant les deux vis de sorte que les fentes soient en position horizontale Remarque Etant donn que les joints d tanch it s usent avec le temps veillez les remplacer tous les deux de mani re garantir une tanch it compl te autour de la nouvelle cartouche filtrante Instruction No 82358900 00 06 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS GS GM 80 90 SERIES 22361000 Mounting the bracket a with screws b to the Motor Head B 1 3 5 15 Unplug the cord from the wall How to plug the new socke
